  • Provide the Seller and Buyer with a copy of the Offer to Purchase
  • Explain the Registration process to the Buyer and Seller
  • Assist the Buyer with the Bond Application by means of our Bond Originators
  • Track bond application and provide feedback
  • Upon bond grant and acceptance notify the Attorneys to start the transfer process documentation
  • Display "Sold" on the "For Sale" sign
  • Monitor occupation date
  • Arrange to cancel the Electricity and Water account on behalf of the Seller 
  • Arrange key handover
  • Provide weekly feedback on the sale of the property.
